Depth-oriented psychotherapy & dream work

Your dreams may know what your waking life has not yet found words for.

Dream work offers a quiet place to listen—to images, emotions, and inner movements that can illuminate trauma recovery, grief, transition, relationship, identity, and the unfolding of later life.

The dream is not an answer to decode,
but a living image to meet.

01 · Dream work

A different kind of listening

Dreams speak in symbol, feeling, landscape, body, and story. Their meaning is personal. It cannot be reduced to a dictionary or assigned from outside.

Together, we stay close to the dream itself and to your own associations. We may notice archetypal patterns, recurring images, moments of tension, and the places where something new is trying to emerge. Interpretations are offered as possibilities—not pronouncements.

This work can be especially meaningful at thresholds: recovery from trauma, loss, changes in relationship, questions of purpose, or the passage into a more inward and self-directed season of life.

Transitions & thresholds

Listening for what is ending, what is beginning, and what the in-between asks of you.

Meaning & inner authority

Exploring the images that invite a deeper trust in yourself and your own knowing.

Grief & transformation

Making room for sorrow, renewal, and the forms of life that continue to unfold.

02 · My approach

Psychologically grounded. Spiritually open.

I am Dr. Holly Kricher, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience working with trauma and Veterans. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

These evidence-based approaches ground my clinical work. My passion, however, lies in working with the unconscious and with dreams—listening for the images, patterns, and deeper movements that can bring new meaning to our lives.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and attentive to emotional truth. Spiritual questions are welcome, but no belief system is required. The work begins with your experience and respects your pace, your boundaries, and your authority over the meaning of your life.

There is no single “correct” reading of a dream. The aim is recognition: the moment something in the image resonates and helps you see your life more clearly.

03 · What to expect

Bring your willingness to discover new insights.

  1. Tell your story.Be open to sharing any dreams or fragments of dreams that you experience.
  2. Follow what has energy. We attend to feelings, images, associations, and the details that seem to shimmer or trouble you.
  3. Carry the insight forward. We consider how unconscious material might deepen your understanding, choices, or relationship with yourself and others.
